I know. It isn't ooc for Tony. Of course on the show he's far more correct, and I don't think he's very misogynistic, but he'd know how to be. And Gibbs is far more old-fashioned than Tony is.
And there is a difference between a misogynistic text and a misogynistic character.

Yes, Jane Davitt's stories have this sharp, cutting edge, very conon-like.

Or, as I've always said: I want Tony to be happy. I want Gibbs to be sorry.
Yes! I don't really like how Gibbs treats Tony. But then there are always two.

You couldn't be convinced to write more DiNozzo/Gibbs? :)
