The strange appeal of "The Dresden Files"

I know I'm pretty much alone in this, but I want Harry Dresden/Bob the Skull slash.

Yeah, the show is cheesy in the extreme, and the special effects induce blindness and often hysterical laughter. But -- I somehow like it.

And Terrence Mann, who plays Bob aka Hrothbert of Bainbridge, reminds me a little of Ed Straker from Gerry Anderson's U.F.O. - which is evidently a weak spot for me. Bob's character is also quite intriguing - practitioner of the Blackest Magic cursed to eternal unlife as a spirit, and yet always Dresden's ace up his sleeve, walking encyclopedia on Magic, and helpful/worried partner in crime who seems to care a lot for Harry.

Furthermore, incorporeal spirit + hockey-stick-toting Wizard = horrible logistics for actual touchy-feely sex.

I seem to like the impossible. My bad.
