I know. I wasn't entirely happy about how it came out, but in such a situation I really think he'd aim for 'blunt' instead of 'PC' in order to whap Gibbs upside the head with the truth.

Yes, I remember reading Jane Davitt's stories and liking them, but they're kind of - bleak in how much they ring of the truth as shown by canon. I see Gibbs and Tony just like that, but I... I want better than canon for Tony.

Or, as I've always said: I want Tony to be happy. I want Gibbs to be sorry.
