Went to the washing machine. Saw what looked like a grey woolen blanket inside. Couldn't recall owning such a blanket. Poked it.
Blanket reacted with an indignant "meow".
Oh, that's where Elena has been hiding the last couple of days!
Apologized and postponed the washing.
