The server for e-fic.com is already down, and evidently skeeter63.org is next, according to my host. Kandy e-mailed us all to backup our sites since the person responsible for the hosting company seems to be a scam artist who's dropped out of sight, leaving hundreds of sites hosted by this guy in a lurch.

Poor Kandy, poor us. We'll see how long our sites remain up, and if/when the domain has to move to another server (and hosting company). I just hope we'll get to keep our URLs.

What the fuck have TPTB done to my favorite character?! As if the embarrassing contortions of Rodney in The Intruder hadn't been bad enough, or the laughable mistake of let's-eject-the-clip-instead-of-pulling-the-trigger in The Siege Part 3, now we have to deal with Rodney's shaky voice and idiotic babblings of being Ford's "best friend" in Runner.

This is not the character I fell for in season 1. This is comic relief. This is not the Rodney McKay I've come to know and adore.

How much further will they push it - until we all cringe in our seats, sing lalalalala, screw our eyes closed whenever McKay appears on screen, and live happily in denial (= fanfic) only? Until we stop watching SGA?

Could we please go and kick the series' writers in the head? Hard?

And hey, at least Caldwell's I-am-an-ass status is finally firmly established. Nice dig against Sheppard because of Sumner. Although I wouldn't have John expected to show so much emotion. It was almost OOC.
