for lj to resolve whatever problem they were having that somehow my friends with paid accounts never experienced.

Oh, and let's not forget my support request and the not-so-very-helpful answer which basically just told me to sit tight and wait out the period of "implementation of several short-term strategies to prevent the site from going down for all users". I guess that means that these strategies wrapped paid user accounts in cotton taken from the basic account users' clothing.

Whatever. Perhaps I'm ungrateful. Still, the last few days sucked.

Finally, I can actually post entries that are longer than four lines, and edit older ones exceeding that length.

I'd almost forgotten that was possible.
