Wheeee, I now have a kitchen! And a shower I can actually shower in!

...I hate walls made of concrete. A small thing like hanging a picture turns into a major production when you need to wield a percussion drill in order to make even the smallest of holes in a substance that is more likely to break your drill rather than give in gracefully. Ooof.

Anyway. Finally, finally, my new apartment is on the way of feeling like home. The cats are getting used to it as well. Yay, progress.

I'll be in Leipzig in two weeks' time. Anyone there feeling like hanging out for an evening or so?

...But back to our regularly scheduled evening. There are a couple of people I've-- well, not forgotten, but kind of ignored, I'm sorry to say. In particular, I failed to congratulate them on their birthdays. I can only swear to do better next year. Sorry, guys.
