Furthermore, I've finally ordered season 1 of The Magnificent Seven (Michael Biehn in high resolution! Yumm!) and Stargate: Atlantis. Lucky Amazon. Go me!
Apart from that, I've rediscovered the strangest yearning for rare slash pairings like Peter Wimsey/Charles Parker (from Dorothy Sayers' Lord Peter Wimsey books) and Richard Kimble/Samuel Gerard (from The Fugitive (Don't hit me - don't worry, it's not Harrison Ford and Tommy Lee Jones I'm imagining; if anything, my Kimble's more like Tim Daly. I just believe the whole setting/plot is intriguing.)). Anyway, the internet (and the slash community) might appear endless, but with rare fandoms like these, you soon discover that anything off the well-trodden path is actually... well, non-existent, I'm afraid. :::sigh:::
I have another doctor appointment tomorrow. I'm afraid the next round of antibiotics is already calling my name.

I've never heard of most of these fandoms! And they're collecting suggestions for new ones RIGHT NOW, for the rare fandom seekrit santa fic exchange.
Now if I just were better at the writing to deadlines thing, I would sign up immediately. Still, "suggestions" sounds good... I'll check out whether you can suggest something without actually participating.
The Yuletide project is really a wonderful thing. When I just think of all the Dead Zone and Coldfire fiction we would have otherwise never been gifted with... oh wait, I never even would have read the Coldfire trilogy, and...
