Sure! She definitely mentioned her bad decision in The Long Goodbye when Caldwell first came into her office at the beginning of the ep Goa'uld-free. I think there was also mention in one or two of the other episodes, but at the moment I can't place it exactly.

Still, not enough fallout in regards to how the rest of the expedition members (especially original ones who've stuck around) reacted to Kavanagh's treatment.
