Third try. Let's see whether or not the damn computer eats it this time -- again.
Damn, I had already typed such a fine answer to this, when my browser broke down again. I've now de-installed the last programm I'd installed on Sunday, and hope that that'll do the trick. Argh. I swear my computer hates me! :-) Anyway, Gwen, I just wanted to ask you what 'application training' meant, and that I hoped you'd find some peace and relaxation at home after work.
I, myself, am not so successful concerning the 'relaxation' part since I can't seem to control myself and go to bed far too late, or rather: too early. In the morning. When other people get up. It wreaks havoc with my whole daily schedule and is just, you know, plain dumb. Hey, anyone out there with an idea as to which Chinese/Japanese symbol represents 'self-control'? I could use that.
Application training? Very simple, Bewerbungstraining. Amer Nick Lea :-(
And what you do sounds very typical for vacations. Mine look the same and usually on the last day I stay up till 3 or 4 am the go to bed and curse the alarm clock when it goes off aroun 6 am. The only problem with such a schedule is shopping
Oh, 'Vertical Limit'. That movie still makes me grin every time I think of it. I watched it with mareen some months ago, and we broke down giggling when she recognized Nick Lea by the sound of his moaning (you know, in that ice cavern). ;-) Argh! <smile>
As for the application training -- how is your new job? Do you like it (well, more or less)?
